​
Randy's general litigation experience includes prosecuting a 10-year-long major telecommunications price discrimination case, assisting with the litigation of a 44-year railroad breach of contract case, prosecution and defense of corporate fraud actions, truth-in-lending litigation, and mass tort products liability litigation. He also has been appointed special counsel in a Federal Bankruptcy action. Additionally, he has handled cases in various courts throughout the United States including the Ohio Supreme Court.

Public Utility and Regulatory Law
​
Randy has extensive experience appearing before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, and the Federal Communications Commission. He was the lead trial counsel for Plaintiff company in a 10-year successful litigation before PUCO against major cellular telephone companies in Ohio. He also has represented a large Columbus investor-owned electric company in connection with various state regulatory matters. His general experience in public utility law includes representation of clients in Ohio and nationally in various cellular and wireless telecommunications matters, as well as extensive experience in regulation of interexchange carriers. In addition, he represented the City of Cleveland in connection with a power siting issue.
